Fractional general and sales leadership

Leadership as a Service

An experienced executive takes on the role you are missing, part-time, for a defined period or for the long run. No hiring process, no delay, thirty years of leadership behind it.

The roles

The right role, at the right time.

Managing director

Run an entity, structure the organisation, hold the course and the results.

Country manager

Open or grow a country, represent the group, lead the local team.

Sales director

Build or restart the sales engine: strategy, pipeline, team, closing.

How it works

Fractional

A few days a week or a month, depending on what's at stake.

Defined or ongoing

A mission of a few months, or a role held over time.

Hands-on

Not remote advice: the role is genuinely held, with the responsibilities that come with it.

Frequently asked questions

What is a fractional executive?

It means entrusting a leadership role (general management, country manager, sales director) to an experienced executive who holds it part-time. You get a level of seniority that a full-time hire would not yet justify.

How is it different from interim management?

An interim manager usually works full-time for a short period. A fractional executive works part-time, and the role can last: at Klanik, the country manager mission has been running for almost three years.

Which companies is it for?

Companies entering a new country, companies that need to structure their sales development, or companies going through a phase where a leadership role must be held without waiting for a hire.
