Before coaching leaders, Fred led. Thirty years of corporate responsibility at groups such as Neurones, Econocom, CFAO and Sogeti: teams to grow, results to deliver, decisions to make under pressure.
Today he is country manager for Klanik, a fractional role he has held for almost three years. This operational foothold feeds his coaching directly: he knows from the inside what the people he works with are going through.
For more than five years he has coached executives and leadership teams, and designed leadership transformation journeys across the Indian Ocean, Europe, Africa and Asia, in French and in English.
